Can I change or cancel a transfer?
You cannot change a bank transfer, but you can cancel a bank transfer while it is still in a “Pending” status by logging in to the Credibly Business Banking app and tapping the transaction in the history list.
When we begin processing a bank transfer it will go into an “In progress” status and can no longer be cancelled. We process bank transfers several times a day on banking days, so the time you have to cancel a bank transfer will vary depending on when you submit the transfer request.
