My replacement Credibly debit card never arrived. How do I get another card sent to me?
Please wait at least 7-10 days for a requested replacement debit card to arrive before reporting that you have not received it. If you requested a replacement card and did not receive it after 7-10 days, you can report this through the Credibly Business Banking app and a new replacement card will be sent to you.
