How do I unblock my account?
Credibly regularly monitors accounts to identify high risk activity to help prevent fraud and/or the violation of the card terms and conditions. Here are a few things you should know:
1. For internal security reasons, we are unable to disclose the factors used to identify high risk activity.
2. Monitoring may result in the closure of the account or temporary restriction/block of card functionality, until we complete the necessary steps to verify the activity or your identity.
3. Log in to your Credibly Business Banking app or contact Customer Service at (855) 542-0682 for the steps to remove a restriction/unblock an account or request a refund check on a closed account.
